Having a baby is a special time in your life and Nevada Regional Medical Center is delighted to share it with you. At our Maternity Care Center, well-trained, experienced nurses provide knowledge and expertise to help you through labor and delivery, with newborn care and breastfeeding.

What to expect at the NRMC Maternity Center
Nevada Regional Medical Center provides family-centered care and individual attention in a warm, caring environment. Our highly-trained, expert team includes 24/7 physician and nursing care. NRMC offers a personal birthing experience with private and spacious rooms designed for labor, delivery, and recovery. These rooms also offer Jacuzzi tubs, free WI-FI, and Cable TV. Centralized monitoring provides the most efficient and safe care for mothers and infants.
Our 24-hour nursery provides the best in care for newborns and their parents with the option to have your baby room-in with you. Your baby is protected by our infant security system and our parent/staff controlled, locked unit. In conjunction with an online photo gallery, we give parents the opportunity to post their newborn pictures on the hospital's digital outdoor sign.
Following delivery of your baby:
- We provide one-on-one instruction to prepare you for taking your new arrival home. We want to be sure that you are comfortable caring for your little one once you get home.
- Room Service is available to the expectant mothers allowing them to order what they want to eat when they are ready to eat it. This service is also available to the support person for a nominal fee.
