In today's fast-paced world, it is more important than ever to keep your body at its peak. How you treat your body today will be reflected in how you perform tomorrow - at home - at work - and on the playing field. The Show-Me Acceleration Program can be used by any type of athlete at any fitness level. We train athletes to perform their performace and help them to create healthy habits that will last their whole lives.

Show-Me Acceleration is a licensed Athletic Republic Sports Training facility. Ours is a science-based sports training program. Utilizing a combination of unique patented equipment and research based exercise regimens, a skilled trainer works with an athlete one on one to enhance qualities such as speed, strength, agility and flexibility. We will take an athlete just beyond what they can normally do safely, using protocols that cater specifically to each sport and every athlete.

Which sports benefit most from Show-Me Acceleration training?
> Show-Me Acceleration training benefits athletes of all ages that participate in any sport including soccer, football, basketball, track, baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, softball, golf and skiing.

How do you train athletes?
> We train athletes to improve their movement skills, specifically speed, power and agility, through training programs developed based on years of research into how the body responds to particular stresses. This program has helped develop the full potential of over 500,000 athletes to date.

When I am done with this program, how long will the results last?
> Results will remain and there will be no decrease in performace as long as an athlete maintains level of strength, flexibility and conditioning.

Why is Show-Me Acceleration better than other training centers?
> We use the unique Athletic Republic training program. There are no equivalent programs in the world. The programs and protocols provided are scientifically designed and tested. When followed according to these unique protocol designs, our programs are guaranteed to improve an athlete's performance.

Why is this program 6 to 8 weeks?
> Humans learn new skills or perfect those skills over time. Generally, it takes about 4 weeks to learn the skill (or develop the neuromuscular coordination patterns) and at 6 weeks the skill becomes a permanent motor program that allows for the skill to be executed as effectively as possible.



Sport Specific Programs - $450 (Approx. $14/hour)
3 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
  • 22 running & plyometric sessions
  • 10 sport cord sessions
6-8 Weeks Long

This program is designed to help develop flexibility, power, speed, mechanics, sport specific skills and balance/core strength. It utilizes the specially designed Running Treadmill, Plyometric Platforms, Plyo-Press, and Pro Multi-Hip machine. This program also incorporates the patented sport cords that are used to develop sport specific skills. Pre and Post testing included. The above tools are only available at an Athletic Republic licensed facility.


Basic Acceleration Program - $325 (Approx $14/hour)




3 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 22 running & plyometric sessions
6-8 Weeks Long

This program helps develop an athlete's speed, power, flexibility, mechanics and balance/core strength. Development is enhanced using the Running Treadmill, Plyometric Platforms, Plyo-Press, and Multi-Hip machine. Pre and Post testing included.

Acceleration for Juniors - $210 (Approx. $14/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 15 running sessions
Approx. 8 Weeks Long

This program emphasizes motor skill development while incorporating speed, power, flexibility and balance/core development. Tools that are used are the Running Treadmill, Plyo-Press and the Pro Multi-Hip. Pre and Post testing included.

Pure Speed - $200 (Approx. $14/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 14 running sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks

This program includes a pre and post performance test, flexibility, sport specific movement, skill development, balance and core strength development, total body strength training, and the Athletic Republic High-Speed Treadmill Program. Focus is given to the multi-hip and hamstring strength.

Pure Agility - $180 (Approx. $12/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 14 sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks Long

This program includes pre and post performance evaluations, balance, coordination and core strength development. The primary focus of this program is to increase lower body and core strength of the athlete.

Power Cords - $180 (Approx. $15/hour)

2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 12 sessions
Approx. 6 Weeks Long

Utilizing the patented cord technology of Athletic Republic, we are able to apply resistance to almost any sport specific drill. This includes hitting, kicking, throwing, shooting or any other skill.

The Recreational Athlete - $180 (Approx. $12/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

  • 14 sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks Long

This program will be specifically tailored to the sport of the athlete. All athletes no matter what the age or sport are welcome. The athletes will utilize any and/or all Athletic Republic equipment that is available and applies to the sport.

In Season Maintenance - $150 (Approx. $12/hour)

Must Complete at least one previous program
1 Visit per Week – 1 hour session

  • 12 sessions
Length of this program is subject to change upon athlete request.

Specifically designed for each athlete, this program will utilize any and/or all Athletic Republic tools available. Each athlete will maintain the level of athleticism gained while working with the Show-Me Acceleration team.
