This program includes a pre and post performance test, flexibility, sport specific movement, skill development, balance and core strength development, total body strength training, plyometrics and power training and the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training High-Speed Treadmill Program.
Power Cord Sessions = An emphasis on building position specific, first step explosion, multi-directional footwork, vertical leap, increased arm strength, mechanics and explosive hip drive. The Power Cords are tailored to any sport.
Basic Acceleration Program
3 Visits per Week – 2 hour sessions

Acceleration for Juniors
2 Visits per Week – 2 hour sessions
15 sessions (Running Only)
8 Weeks Long
This program includes motor-skill development, balance and core strength development, and the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training High-Speed Treadmill Program with an emphasis on mechanics.
Pure Speed
2 Visits per Week – 2 hour sessions
14 sessions (Running Only)
7 Weeks
This program includes a pre and post performance test, flexibility, sport specific movement, skill development, balance and core strength development, total body strength training, and the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training High-Speed Treadmill Program. Focus is given to the multi-hip and hamstring strength.
Pure Agility
2 Visits per Week – 1 ½ hour sessions
14 sessions
7 Weeks Long
This program includes pre and post performance evaluations, balance, coordination and core strength development. The primary focus of this program is to increase lower body and core strength of the athlete.
Power Cords
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
12 sessions
6 Weeks Long
This resistance cord program provides upper and lower extremity resistance to the arms, shoulders, trunk and legs for better sport specific movements such as throwing, hitting, kicking, shooting, and much more. Is tailored for any sport specific movement.
The Recreational Athlete
*Groups of 4 athletes required*
2 Visits per Week – 1 ½ hour sessions
14 sessions
7 Weeks Long
This program includes a pre and post performance evaluation, progressive active dynamic warm up and flexibility training, ground based speed training and ground based agility training, functional strength training, and Frappier Acceleration Sport Cord and Plyometric training.
In Season Maintenance Programs
1 Visit per Week – 2 hour session
12 sessions
Length of this program is subject to change upon athlete request.
These programs are designed and tailors to what the athlete would like to focus on. Any athlete wishing to enroll in this program must have completed a previous program. Training will consist of Frappier Acceleration High-Speed Treadmill running, plyometrics and agility training, ground based training, or Frappier Acceleration Cord training. |
