Sport Specific Programs - $450 (Approx. $14/hour)
3 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions

This program is designed to help develop flexibility, power, speed, mechanics, sport specific skills and balance/core strength. It utilizes the specially designed Running Treadmill, Plyometric Platforms, Plyo-Press, and Pro Multi-Hip machine. This program also incorporates the patented sport cords that are used to develop sport specific skills. Pre and Post testing included. The above tools are only available at an Athletic Republic licensed facility.
Basic Acceleration Program - $325 (Approx $14/hour)

This program helps develop an athlete's speed, power, flexibility, mechanics and balance/core strength. Development is enhanced using the Running Treadmill, Plyometric Platforms, Plyo-Press, and Multi-Hip machine. Pre and Post testing included.
Acceleration for Juniors - $210 (Approx. $14/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
Approx. 8 Weeks Long
This program emphasizes motor skill development while incorporating speed, power, flexibility and balance/core development. Tools that are used are the Running Treadmill, Plyo-Press and the Pro Multi-Hip. Pre and Post testing included.
Pure Speed - $200 (Approx. $14/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks
This program includes a pre and post performance test, flexibility, sport specific movement, skill development, balance and core strength development, total body strength training, and the Athletic Republic High-Speed Treadmill Program. Focus is given to the multi-hip and hamstring strength.
Pure Agility - $180 (Approx. $12/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks Long
This program includes pre and post performance evaluations, balance, coordination and core strength development. The primary focus of this program is to increase lower body and core strength of the athlete.
Power Cords - $180 (Approx. $15/hour)

2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
Approx. 6 Weeks Long
Utilizing the patented cord technology of Athletic Republic, we are able to apply resistance to almost any sport specific drill. This includes hitting, kicking, throwing, shooting or any other skill.
The Recreational Athlete - $180 (Approx. $12/hour)
2 Visits per Week – 1 hour sessions
Approx. 7 Weeks Long
This program will be specifically tailored to the sport of the athlete. All athletes no matter what the age or sport are welcome. The athletes will utilize any and/or all Athletic Republic equipment that is available and applies to the sport.
In Season Maintenance - $150 (Approx. $12/hour)
Must Complete at least one previous program
1 Visit per Week – 1 hour session
Length of this program is subject to change upon athlete request.
Specifically designed for each athlete, this program will utilize any and/or all Athletic Republic tools available. Each athlete will maintain the level of athleticism gained while working with the Show-Me Acceleration team. |
