Administration
Moore-Few Care Center administration encourages our families and residents to communicate with our staff. We recognize that families' input, suggestions, concerns, or questions can only help achieve our goals of providing the highest quality of care for our residents.
Staff is available to help residents and families with the financial planning of nursing home placement.

Social Services
The goal of the Social Services Department is to make the admission process as stress free as possible. They can assist with information about Medicare and Medicaid benefits while in our nursing facility. Social Services will assist you in completing advance directives if you wish to execute one. Assistance will be given for the short term resident in obtaining medical supplies and services needed upon discharge. The Social Service Department can be reached by calling, (417) 448-3842.
Dietary
A Registered Dietitian supervises the preparation of balanced and nutritious meals for each resident. Restorative nursing assistants are available to assist our residents during meals in the dining room.
Nursing
Moore-Few Care Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing coverage with a dedicated and caring staff of RNs, LPNs, Certified Medication Technicians, Restorative Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants. The nursing staff takes pride in the care they give to the residents. Our staff of trained professionals believe in providing quality health care services in an effective and efficient manner to each of our residents.
Therapies
Moore-Few Care Center offers Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy to our residents.
- Physical Therapy: - offers rehabilitation for those residents that are experiencing difficulties with walking, exercising, or weakness due to an illness or injury.
- Occupational Therapy: - provides rehabilitation for those residents that are experiencing difficulty with normal activities of daily living such as feeding one's self, grooming or dressing.
- Speech Therapy: - offers rehabilitation for those residents who, due to a stroke or other illness, are experiencing difficulty with the ability to eat, swallow, or communicate with others.
