NRMC has created the Tri-County Industrial Medicine Program to aggressively treat your employees and return them to work. By combining the resources of our facilities, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of industrial medicine services in one convenient location. The program gateway model is based on aggressive return to work protocols combined with outstanding communication to employers to track the employee movement through out the program. The program will work with providers to provide services that will assist employers with controlling insurance costs, preventing accidents and reducing worker’s compensation claims. This will be achieved by developing access to local services that meet employers and employees needs and will benefit the community by preventing unnecessary out-migration of medical services.
