There's no place like home for healing

When you're ill or recovering from an injury, there's no place you'd rather be than home with the people you love. Nevada Regional Medical Center Home Health Agency offers a full spectrum of in-home healthcare ranging from assistance with everyday needs to high-tech procedures. Simply being in comfortable, familiar surroundings has proven to be one step toward a speedy recovery.

What is home healthcare?

CareCall

CareCall is a personal emergency response system designed to provide at-home support and reassurance to persons or families with medical or security concerns. The CareCall system has two components: a console which is connected to the home telephone system and a small discreet transmitter worn by the CareCall subscriber. If assistance is needed by the CareCall subscriber, he or she needs only to touch the transmitter's button to summon help. The signal from the CareCall unit is received at the Monitoring Center where professionally trained, courteous operators respond to each call and follow it through until help arrives.
